Security researchers say they have evidence that ransomware gangs are hacking into large companies that rely on fully-patched SonicWall firewalls. The researchers say it’s likely the flaw is a “zero-day” bug currently unknown to SonicWall.

The companies will see their AI tools offered via a new federal contracting platform, the Multiple Awards Schedule (MSA), which would let government agencies access AI tool sellers with pre-negotiated contracts, rather than negotiating with vendors individually. 

The class-action suit was brought by users of period tracking app, Flo, who alleged that the tech giant collected private menstrual health data without users’ consent and used it for ad-tracking purposes.
